Returns Policy - Novahousedecor

By shopping at Novahousedecor, you agree to our return process:

1. Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

2. Process

To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the item if it is damaged or faulty.

3. Refunds

Once we inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Personalized items, hygiene-sensitive products, and used vouchers cannot be returned or refunded.

6. Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
